Job Summary

Position Details & Requirements

1. Junior Loan Officer (JLO)

• Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree.

  • Note: Candidates must have at least two 2nd Divisions/Classes or a CGPA of 2.50 (out of 5.00) / 2.00 (out of 4.00) in their public examinations. Degrees must be from UGC-approved universities.

• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years (verified via National ID Card).

• Salary Structure:

  • During Probation: BDT 23,909/- per month

  • Permanent Employee: BDT 33,297/- per month

2. Loan Officer (LO) – For Experienced Candidates

• Experience: Candidates with at least 2 (two) years of practical work experience in a similar role at an MRA-registered reputed financial institution can be directly appointed as Loan Officer (LO). Reference checks will be conducted.

• Salary Structure:

  • During Probation: BDT 27,240/- per month

  • Permanent Employee: BDT 34,146/- per month

Upon successful completion of a 1-year probationary period, employees will be regularized and entitled to:

Terms & Conditions

1. Skills: Male candidates must be proficient in riding a bicycle/motorcycle.

2. Security Deposit: Selected candidates must deposit a refundable security amount of BDT 10,000/- upon joining (which will bear government bank interest).
