BRAC is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for the following position:
Position: Program Assistant, Microfinance Dabi (Project Staff)
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field-level surveys, select potential members, and form Village Organizations (VO).
- Collect daily loan installments as per the schedule and follow up on overdue installments.
- Disburse loans, maintain accurate transaction records, verify passbooks, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure all types of customer services and strictly follow safeguarding policies.
🎓 Educational Requirements:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate/Masters degree from any recognized educational institution.
- Minimum 2nd Division/Class or GPA/CGPA 2.00 in all academic examinations.
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Starting Salary:
- For Graduates: BDT 16,000 per month.
- For Post-Graduates: BDT 19,000 per month.
- Other Benefits: Festival bonus, maternity/paternity leave, health and life insurance, and others as per policy.
🚀 Career Progression:
Based on performance and organizational policy, there is an opportunity for the job to be regularized/permanent.
- After Regularization:
- Monthly salary for Post-Graduates/Masters will be BDT 26,104.
- Benefits include Provident Fund, Gratuity, Incentives, Performance Bonus, Best Staff Award, Motorcycle Allowance, Travel Allowance, and other benefits as per policy.

- BRAC Field Offices.
